My grandmother, Safta Bella❤️, made the best perogies. She was also a cat lover. There were always cats sleeping outside on her washing machine or walking in front of her feet.
I used to watch her cook and liked how she added the ingredients by touch, with no accurate measurements. I can still visualize her gentle hands over the pots. Her food was always divine.
