My grandmother, Safta Bella❤️, made the best perogies. She was also a cat lover. There were always cats sleeping outside on her washing machine or walking in front of her feet.
I used to watch her cook, the way she added the ingredients by touch, with no accurate measurements. I can still visualize her gentle hands over the pots. Her food was always divine. It’s been almost 30 years since I last ate it. Once in a while, I get a whiff of its smell, and I’m instantly transported to those moments with her ❤️
This ceramic pirogie is a little talisman, a good luck charm. It holds the energy of love, a little spell to raise the vibration.
It is handmade. It fires 4 times in the kiln to over 2000 Fahrenheit. The golden crown is 24k gold, and it comes with a little sticker and a bag.
I only made 9 of them in this round of kilns before the holidays.
