Ordered as a gift - first one got lost in the mail. I let the shop know after about 2-3 weeks went by. They immediately shipped out another one the next day. Bummer it took so long but their customer service was excellent! Stuff happens - it was worth the wait! My friend LOVES this mug. Overall, 5 starts! Great mug! Great customer service! I absolutely love this Dinosaur Island mug! It rounds out my “set” of Dino mugs from this shop. This was part of my second order from this shop, and it was great! The mugs were packed with care, and there was no damage to the mugs.
